The Nomad Land service offers daily accommodation booking functionality in the USA. The platform connects property owners and travelers with a digital nomad map. The project was created using Bubble, Sendpulse, and Stripe services.

The task of my client is to create a marketplace for short-term rental housing that will connect property owners and travelers with a digital nomad map in the USA, allowing the latter to travel three times cheaper. Two-thirds of the payments to the owners will be reimbursed by the government.

The platform needs to implement the following features: flexible search for accommodations, a personal account with the ability to create their own accommodation, accept/reject bookings, a chat with the property owner and guest, and the ability to leave a review after booking. A one-click booking option, automatic weekly withdrawals of earned funds. A refund function for bookings if the accommodation does not meet certain criteria. For property owners, a convenient management panel needs to be implemented, where they can view booking statistics, change rental prices, and have quick access to chats with guests.
