Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This document explains what data this site collects about you, why it is needed, who receives it and how to have it deleted. It describes what actually happens, not what we intend: when a new form or a new analytics tag appears on the site, this text changes with it.
Who processes the data
The controller is INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR VLADISLAV KOROLEV LIMITED, company number 15370783 (United Kingdom), registered at Office 5563321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex RM6 6AX, UK.
Questions about your data, withdrawal of consent and deletion requests go to hello@nomadnocode.com. We answer such requests within 30 calendar days.
What you send us yourself
Through the brief form and the cost calculator the site receives and stores:
- your name and email address — required fields, without them we cannot reply;
- phone number and company name — if you provide them;
- your project description, budget, desired timeline, project type and technologies of interest;
- the calculator result, if you used it;
- the referrer and the UTM tags of the link you arrived through;
- the full submitted form payload in its original shape — kept as a separate field so a request can be recovered if processing fails;
- timestamps: when the request was created, when we contacted you, when it was closed.
The site never asks for and never stores identity documents, payment details or passwords. Please do not send them through the form — it is not built for that.
What is collected automatically
The site runs Yandex.Metrica. It collects anonymised visit data: pages viewed, navigation, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address.
Session Replay (Webvisor) is enabled: it records on-page behaviour — cursor movement, scrolling, clicks and form field interaction. These recordings exist to find places where visitors get stuck. Yandex acts as a controller for this data under its own terms.
The hosting provider keeps technical request logs, including IP address and browser details. This is ordinary web server operation, required to deliver pages and to protect against abuse.
Why the data is needed
- to answer your request and discuss the work — legal basis: your own enquiry and our legitimate interest in corresponding about it;
- to prepare a proposal and run the project;
- to improve the site and understand which materials are useful — on the basis of your consent to analytics;
- to meet statutory requirements on retaining business correspondence.
We do not sell data, do not pass it to advertising networks and do not use it for automated decisions affecting your rights.
Who it is shared with
A request passes through technical services, each processing it on our instructions:
- Supabase — the database where the request is stored; servers are located in the European Union (Stockholm region, AWS);
- n8n — the automation service that delivers the new-request notification;
- Telegram — the messenger where the team receives that notification;
- Yandex.Metrica — visit analytics, including Session Replay recordings;
- the site hosting provider.
Data is held on servers outside Russia. If that is unacceptable to you, write to us and we will agree another way to be in touch.
How long it is kept
- requests and the correspondence about them — 3 years from the last contact, then deleted;
- analytics data — for the periods set by Yandex.Metrica; Session Replay recordings are held by Yandex for a limited time and then deleted automatically;
- server technical logs — for the periods set by the hosting provider.
A request is deleted sooner at your demand, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
At any time you may:
- find out what data about you we hold and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- withdraw your consent to analytics;
- object to processing or ask us to restrict it.
An email to hello@nomadnocode.com is enough for any of these — sent from the address you used in the form, or describing which request you are asking about.
How to opt out of analytics
You can stop Yandex.Metrica collecting data without relying on us: install the official Yandex opt-out extension, or enable do-not-track and third-party script blocking in your browser.
The site keeps working in full: analytics affects no feature, including form submission.
Cookies
The site uses cookies set by the analytics tag — they distinguish new visits from returning ones. The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own.
Cookies can be deleted and blocked in your browser; this does not affect the forms.
Changes to this policy
If the data we collect changes, this document changes and the date at the top is updated. We do not announce changes separately — the current version is always here.
