1. Dynamic equipment table
An interactive gear table has been implemented, where the user selects a route (for example, "Elbrus from the South") and a tariff (Standard or Premium). After that, the system automatically displays a list of mandatory and recommended items — from crampons and ice axes to thermal underwear and small items like sunscreen or a water bottle. For each item, the rental price and purchase option are indicated, as well as a detailed description and selection recommendations.
2. Flexible selection and cart automation
The user can quickly add the desired items to the cart, the system calculates the total cost and highlights the mandatory elements. The cart is adaptive: individual items can be rented or purchased, and the total amount and quantity of items are displayed in real time. After selecting the equipment, the user proceeds to checkout, where they fill in their details, and the tour dates are automatically populated — this information will be generated in the rental agreement.
3. Synchronization with Airtable and the absence of manual work
All information about equipment, prices, availability, and orders is stored in Airtable. The tables are fully synchronized with the website: any changes in the database are instantly reflected on the front end. This eliminates errors related to manual updates and ensures the data is up-to-date for clients and the team.
4. Automatic generation of the lease agreement
After placing an order, the system automatically generates a rental agreement in Word format with the client's data already filled in, a list of selected equipment, and the start and end dates of the tour. The document is available for download and is sent to the client's email and the team. This completely eliminates manual document filling and speeds up the equipment issuance process.
5. Transparency and control for the team
The entire order history, statuses, comments, and contract files are available to the team in a unified Airtable database. It is possible to track who and when placed the order, which items were selected, the payment and return status. A generated contract is automatically attached to each order, which simplifies control and reporting.
6. Adaptability and User-Friendliness
The interface is designed with mobile devices in mind — tables, the cart, and order forms display correctly on all screens. The process of selecting gear is intuitively clear even for beginners: mandatory items are highlighted in color, and there are hints and descriptions. All logic is implemented on a no-code stack, which allows for quick changes and project scaling.
